Exercise Advice
Exercise is another very important factor that contributes to keeping our bodies healthy. Many times, however, we find that our clients are confused about how often and what types of exercise will be most beneficial. Terms like cardio, HIIT training, and recommendations for weight lifting and flexibility exercises often leave people confused about what to do.
Coach Kimm will help you develop an exercise plan to get you started on the right track. We will make suggestions as necessary to help you continue making progress. We also offer a 7-Day JumpStart!
