Coach Kimm is a mother of two, an author, and an entrepreneur. She is in her fifties. She relies on plant based eating and wild caught seafood, moderate daily exercise, and an upbeat and positive attitude to form the key elements of her healthy lifestyle. As a certified health coach, her approach is to focus on the whole client! Nutrition, Exercise, Lifestyle and Attitude — these are the elements that contribute to or detract from overall good health. Our goal is to help you integrate all of these elements in a stress free way so that you are able to work towards and maintain maximum health.
